The essentials

Use only authorized access and content. Protect customer information. Respect account limits. Report misuse with clear, relevant details.

Scope of this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the permitted use of 8kiptvpanel.com, its support channels and any related account or reseller service we provide or administer. “We” and “our team” refer to the team operating this website under the name 8K IPTV Panel Team.

It applies to visitors, account holders, resellers and anyone acting on their behalf. Where a separate provider operates a service, that provider's applicable terms also apply. This policy does not give us control over third-party systems.

Use services for authorized purposes

You may use the website to read guides, make genuine enquiries and manage accounts or customer relationships you are authorized to administer.

  • Use accurate information when creating accounts, placing orders or requesting support.
  • Stay within the permissions, connection limits and other conditions supplied for your account.
  • Use applications, integrations and automation only where the relevant service permits them.
  • Obtain the rights and permissions required for the content and activities you offer to customers.

Respect content and intellectual-property rights

Do not use the website or services to access, copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell or make content available without the necessary rights or another lawful basis. This includes television programmes, films, sports broadcasts, music, software and other protected material.

Purchasing a panel, credits, a player licence or account access does not by itself grant broadcasting, distribution or public-performance rights. Check the permissions that apply to your intended use and territory.

Do not remove rights-management information, misrepresent ownership or bypass access controls or territorial restrictions unlawfully. Nothing in this policy removes rights or exceptions available under applicable law.

Protect accounts and infrastructure

Do not attempt to access an account, system or customer record without authorization. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Credential theft, phishing, impersonation or attempts to obtain passwords and authentication codes.
  • Introducing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities or conducting security tests without prior authorization from the system owner.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, deliberate overload, abusive automated requests or interference with another user's access.
  • Evading account restrictions, rate limits or suspensions through replacement accounts or other workarounds.
  • Manipulating balances, order records, customer lines or transaction outcomes without authorization.

If you discover a suspected vulnerability, stop testing once you have enough information to describe it. Report it privately without accessing additional data or disrupting the service. This reporting route does not authorize security testing.

Handle customer information responsibly

Access and use personal information only for an authorized purpose and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Limit information to what is necessary for the task.

  • Do not publish, sell or misuse customer records, account credentials or private communications.
  • Do not send passwords, one-time codes or complete credential-bearing playlist URLs through support messages.
  • Redact screenshots, logs and transaction records before sharing them.
  • Protect the devices and accounts you use to manage customer information.

Notify us promptly if you suspect that an account we administer has been compromised. This policy sets conduct rules; it is not a description of our data-retention or privacy practices.

Avoid fraud, abuse and deceptive promotion

Do not use the website or services for fraud, unlawful transactions, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging or the distribution of unlawful material.

Do not fabricate payment evidence, submit knowingly false abuse reports or impersonate our team, a provider, a rights holder or another customer. Good-faith complaints and legitimate payment disputes are not prohibited by this rule.

Promote your business accurately. Do not claim brand ownership, official affiliation, exclusive rights, guaranteed availability or technical capabilities unless those statements are accurate and supported.

Responsibilities when serving customers

Resellers must explain the scope and limits of what they offer, communicate relevant account conditions and pass on the conduct requirements that apply to customer use.

  • Confirm that your offer and the content you distribute are authorized.
  • Explain permitted simultaneous connections and any separate player fees.
  • Keep customer access separate from reseller administrator credentials.
  • Do not knowingly enable prohibited conduct or help a customer evade restrictions.
  • Respond to credible misuse concerns affecting accounts under your administration.

A reseller arrangement does not remove either party's own obligations under applicable law or the relevant service agreement.

Report a concern

Use our contact page to report suspected misuse involving this website or an account we administer. Identify the concern clearly so it can be directed to the appropriate person.

  • Describe what happened and identify the relevant page, service or non-sensitive account reference.
  • Include dates, times and timezone where relevant.
  • Provide enough redacted evidence to explain the issue and a way to follow up.
  • For a rights-related concern, identify the protected work, the disputed material or location, and your relationship to the rights holder.

Send only information you are entitled to share. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal data. This is a general reporting route, not a representation that a jurisdiction-specific statutory notice process or designated agent has been established.

How concerns may be handled

For systems or accounts within our control, we may review the information available, request clarification, ask that prohibited conduct stop, or restrict affected access where reasonably necessary. Measures should reflect the seriousness, urgency and recurrence of the issue.

Where an immediate threat or serious misuse is involved, access may need to be restricted before a full review. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to address the concern. Action on a third-party service is subject to that provider's authority and process.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact us with the relevant reference and supporting explanation. Do not attempt to bypass the restriction while seeking review.

This policy does not create automatic forfeiture of credits, a blanket no-refund rule or a waiver of mandatory consumer rights. Payment and refund outcomes depend on the applicable agreement and law.

Updates and questions

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in services, misuse risks or applicable requirements. Revised versions will identify their revision date. Material changes affecting an existing service relationship will be communicated where required by the applicable agreement or law.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, that law takes priority. This policy does not select a governing jurisdiction or replace the specific terms agreed for your service.
