What screen
are you using?

Choose your device family for a practical first step. You will still need to confirm the exact model, software version and supported login format.

Selection guide only. This tool does not detect your device or certify service compatibility.

Start with a TV-focused player.

Check your device's Play Store and confirm the login format with your provider. TiviMate is designed for Android TV and remote navigation.

Three parts.
One working setup.

A compatible screen alone is not enough. Check how the app and account fit together.

The device

The exact model and operating system determine which apps you can install. A TV brand name does not identify every model's software or store availability.

The player

The player provides the viewing interface. Its licence, supported formats and features can be separate from your service subscription.

The customer line

Your provider supplies the account details and allowed connections. Use customer playback credentials, not the reseller panel's administrator login.

Find your
device family.

These notes explain what to check. Confirm Strong 8K service support for your exact combination before committing to hardware or an app purchase.

01

Android TV & Google TV

Use a player built for a television remote rather than a touch-only interface. Check the app listing on the device itself and compare the supported login methods with your provider’s instructions.

TiviMate is one TV-focused option to evaluate; its developer says it is not optimized for phones or tablets.

02

Amazon Fire TV

Check the exact Fire TV model, operating system and its available app catalogue. Do not assume an Android installation package works on every Fire TV device.

Ask for the verified publisher listing or official installation route for your model before installing anything.

03

Samsung Smart TV

Check the model code, software version and Apps catalogue on the TV. Use the exact app name and publisher supplied by support.

If the player is unavailable, ask about a supported external streaming device instead of repeatedly searching for a similarly named app.

04

LG Smart TV

Identify the TV model and webOS version, then check its app store. Confirm the player accepts the connection details available for your line.

Availability on another LG television does not establish availability on yours. Verify before paying a player activation fee.

05

Apple TV

Use the app listing for your Apple TV hardware and tvOS version. The Apple TV streaming app on another television is not the same thing as an Apple TV device.

Confirm remote navigation and your required playlist or account-login method in the selected player.

06

iPhone & iPad

Choose a touch-friendly player from the App Store. Check the developer, required iOS or iPadOS version and the supported input format.

Do not assume an Android app or an Android TV player has an equivalent iPhone version.

07

Android phones & tablets

Look for a player designed for touch navigation and your screen size. Verify its publisher and current device requirements in Google Play.

A TV-focused interface can be awkward on a phone even if installation is possible. Evaluate the actual mobile experience.

08

Windows & macOS

Confirm whether your provider supplies a supported desktop player or a stream format your chosen application can open. Download software from the verified publisher.

VLC is an option for compatible network streams; it is not a substitute for every provider-specific portal or account-login method.

Choose a player
for the way you watch.

App names are a starting point, not a compatibility guarantee. Confirm the exact developer and platform edition.

Match the login.
Keep the secrets private.

The fields you see depend on the app. Use only the method supported by both your player and your account.

Server URL + username + password

Some players call this an Xtream-style login. Enter the provider-supplied server address and customer credentials exactly. Do not substitute the reseller dashboard URL.

M3U playlist URL

If supplied and supported, paste the full playlist URL into the player's playlist field. It can contain credentials, so treat the entire link as private.

Portal or device-based setup

Use this only when the provider explicitly supports your device and supplies the portal or registration steps. An app's request for an identifier does not prove your account supports that workflow.

EPG / programme guide

A programme guide may need an additional source or refresh inside the player. Confirm the supported source with your provider; guide availability can differ from playback availability.

Keep administrator passwords out of viewing apps. See the panel security guide for handling customer credentials safely.

From installation
to a first test.

Use this sequence once the provider has confirmed the device, player and connection method.

  1. 01

    Confirm before installing

Note the device model, OS version and store region. Ask for the exact player name, developer and supported account-input method.

  2. 02

    Install the verified app

Use the device store or the publisher's confirmed distribution route. Review the player fee and trial terms separately from the service subscription.

  3. 03

    Add customer details

Use the supplied endpoint and line credentials. Check spaces and typing carefully. Do not post a screenshot containing the full URL or password.

  4. 04

    Test a small set

Test an available channel, audio and remote or touch controls. Check the programme guide if provided. Keep other playback sessions closed during the initial test.

  5. 05

    Check viewing limits

Confirm how many simultaneous streams your line permits. Installing an app on multiple devices does not automatically add concurrent connections.

  6. 06

    Keep a setup record

Save the verified app source, device model and support contact. Store credentials securely and record the app version if a problem occurs.

A clear picture
needs the whole chain.

The Strong 8K name does not mean every stream will play at 8K. The source, player, device decoder, display and connection all affect the result.

Check the actual content resolution and your hardware capabilities before buying a device for a specific picture-quality target. There is no universal connection-speed number that guarantees smooth playback in every setup.

If playback is not right

  • Check line status and the current endpoint.
  • Compare another available channel.
  • Test a stable connection with other variables unchanged.
  • Record the app version and exact error.
Follow the troubleshooting guide →

Onboarding
a customer?

Ask for the device details before choosing the player. A short, accurate setup handoff reduces avoidable back-and-forth.

Apps & devices.
Your questions.

What to confirm before downloading, paying or moving to a new screen.

Which app should I use for Strong 8K?

Start with your exact device and the login method your provider supplies. Ask support for a verified app listing. No single player is the best fit for every TV, phone and computer.

Can I use Strong 8K on a Samsung or LG TV?

Ask the provider to confirm your TV model, software version and an available player. A broad Smart TV label is not enough to establish compatibility for your particular television.

Is TiviMate suitable for an iPhone or Android phone?

The developer describes TiviMate as an Android TV player designed for remote navigation and says it is not optimized for phones or tablets. Choose a verified touch-friendly alternative for mobile use.

Does buying a player include the service subscription?

Do not assume so. A player licence can cover only the application. Confirm service access and any separate player activation fee before paying.

Can I use my reseller panel password in a player?

Use the customer-line credentials supplied for playback. The reseller panel login is an administration credential and should not be entered into a viewing app.

Can I watch on several devices at once?

Check your line’s simultaneous-connection allowance with the provider. The number of devices on which an app is installed is different from the number of streams you may use concurrently.

Will every device play in 8K?

No. Resolution depends on the source stream, decoding support, player, display and connection. The brand name is not a guarantee of 8K output on every device or channel.

What if the app is not in my device store?

Confirm the model, region and exact app publisher with support. Ask for an official supported installation route or a compatible alternative. Avoid similarly named downloads from an unverified source.

Can I use VLC on my computer?

VLC can play compatible network streams, but your provider must supply a format it supports. Do not assume that a provider-specific account or portal login works directly in VLC.

Why does the channel list load but playback fail?

A loaded list does not prove that playback is authorized or supported. Check line status, concurrent use, endpoint accuracy and the selected stream, then follow the troubleshooting guide.
