Panel not loading? A customer line stopped working? Start with the symptom, check what is affected and collect the details that help support investigate.

BEFORE YOU CHANGE ANYTHING
  1. 01
    Identify the scope

One browser, one customer or several accounts?

  2. 02
    Change one thing

Keep the result clear and repeatable.

  3. 03
    Keep a useful record

Error text, time and the checks already tried.

A practical guide. No account access required.

What is
not working?

Choose the closest symptom for a starting point. The detailed instructions remain available below.

This guide does not test your connection, check a server or read your panel.

Verify the login address first.

Use your established bookmark or confirm the address with your provider. Check the exact error before retrying.

Read the login checks →

Start small.
Keep the evidence.

A useful diagnosis narrows the problem before changing account settings or repeating an operation.

Record what happened

Write down the exact message, the action you took and the time with timezone. Take a screenshot with passwords and customer details hidden.

Compare carefully

Try a trusted second browser or connection while keeping the other conditions the same. A successful comparison is a clue, not proof of the cause.

Avoid duplicate actions

If a payment, line creation or renewal times out, inspect the resulting record before submitting again. The first request may still have completed.

Strong 8K login
not working?

Separate an incorrect login, a blocked session and an unreachable website. They need different checks.

  1. 01

    Verify the address and account

Open the reseller login supplied by your established provider. A player app or customer portal may use different credentials. Do not guess a login URL from an unrelated search result.

  2. 02

    Check the credential entry

Check keyboard layout, Caps Lock, extra spaces and outdated autofill entries. Use your current password from your password manager. Avoid repeated attempts if access is being rate-limited.

  3. 03

    Try a fresh browser session

Use a private window in an updated browser. If it works, stale site data or an extension may be involved. Save unsent work before clearing this site's cookies; clearing cookies can sign you out.

  4. 04

Recover access through a verified route

Use the password-reset option if available or contact established support. If access was suspended or permissions changed, support must review it. Do not share passwords or one-time codes.

For unexpected profile changes or suspected account theft, follow the Strong 8K panel security and recovery guide.

Panel not loading?
Locate the boundary.

An unavailable dashboard does not, by itself, tell you whether customer playback is affected.

Check whether ordinary websites open, then try the verified panel URL in a second trusted browser. If practical, compare on a trusted mobile connection. Record which combination fails.

If several users on independent connections see the same error, report that pattern to the provider. Ask whether there is a known incident; this page does not provide live service status.

What the comparison can tell you

Only one browser fails
Review that browser's site data and extensions.
Only one network fails
Investigate the connection, DNS resolution or network policy.
Several independent tests fail
Escalate with the shared error and timestamps.
The dashboard opens, playback fails
Move to the customer-line checks below.

Do not disable browser security or bypass a certificate warning to continue.

A customer line
stopped working.

Check the account record before changing the app. Keep the customer's credentials out of screenshots and public messages.

Check status and expiry

Open the relevant record and verify whether it is enabled, expired or still awaiting an update. Confirm the intended package and expiry against the original order. Menu names and available fields can differ between panels.

Check the app details

Compare the server address, username and password with the current line details. An outdated endpoint or typing error can prevent access. Use only an app and connection method your provider supports.

Check concurrent use

Confirm the line's permitted connection count. Stop playback on other devices before testing. A closed app does not always mean its session has already ended; ask support if a stale connection persists.

Separate buffering from authentication

If playback starts and then pauses, compare another available channel and a stable wired or nearby Wi-Fi connection. Keep the app and line unchanged during the comparison. Buffering alone does not identify a server fault.

Record whether one channel, all channels, one device or several devices are affected. For ordinary account administration, see the Strong 8K customer line manager guide.

Credits missing?
Renewal uncertain?

Verify the outcome before paying again or repeating the renewal.

A displayed balance, payment receipt and customer expiry answer different questions. Compare them together, using transaction history where your panel provides it.

Understand the panel credits workflow →
  1. Check the resulting record. Reopen the relevant line or balance view after the pending request settles. Check whether the intended expiry or balance changed.
  2. Match the transaction. Compare the order reference, amount, account and timestamp. A payment confirmation alone does not verify that the intended panel account was credited.
  3. Ask for reconciliation. Send the private order reference and the before/after values to support. Hide payment details that are not needed.
  4. Wait for a confirmed outcome. Ask support whether the first action completed before repeating it. No universal credit-processing or renewal time is assumed here.

Private-domain
connection problems.

If your custom hostname fails while the provider's confirmed address works, investigate the domain configuration first.

Compare the exact DNS record with the values supplied by your provider. Check domain registration status and whether a recent record change has reached the resolver you are using. Do not invent an IP address, port or proxy setting.

Review private domain setup →

Keep DNS and certificates separate

A hostname can resolve successfully and still have an invalid HTTPS certificate. Record whether the browser reports a DNS error, connection timeout or certificate error.

For a privacy warning, check your device's date and time and the exact hostname. If the warning remains, stop before entering credentials and ask the provider to verify certificate coverage and validity.

See Google Chrome's connection-error guidance.

Read the error.
Choose the next check.

These are general HTTP meanings. A code is a useful clue, but it does not explain the provider's internal cause.

Give support
the useful details.

Copy this template, complete it privately and send it through your established support channel. Describe what changed and which tests gave different results.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, complete playlist links or API tokens. Review screenshots and the browser address bar before sending them.

Nothing is submitted from this template. Copying happens on your device.

Troubleshooting
questions, answered.

Clear answers before you change settings or repeat an account action.

Why is my Strong 8K panel not working?

Start by identifying whether the failure affects sign-in, the website itself, one customer line or an account transaction. Compare one browser or network at a time and record the exact message. A single failed attempt cannot identify the cause.

Does a panel outage mean every customer line is offline?

Not necessarily. Dashboard access and playback are different functions. Check an affected line separately and ask the provider which services are involved.

Why can I log into the panel but not the player app?

Reseller credentials and customer-line credentials can be different. Verify the current line details, endpoint, expiry and permitted connections before changing the application.

Should I clear all browser data?

Start with a private window or another trusted browser. If that isolates the problem, consider clearing only the affected site’s data after saving work. Cookies may contain your sign-in session.

Should I renew again if the page timed out?

First check the resulting expiry and any available transaction record. A timed-out response does not prove the operation failed. Ask support to confirm before repeating a credit-consuming action.

How long should a credit top-up take?

Processing depends on the provider and payment workflow. Use the timeframe supplied for your order; this guide does not assume instant crediting. Escalate an overdue top-up with a private transaction reference.

Can changing DNS fix every connection problem?

No. DNS only addresses hostname resolution. It does not repair invalid credentials, an expired line, a certificate mismatch or a failed server operation. Change records only using confirmed provider instructions.

Should I bypass a connection-is-not-private warning?

No. Check the address and your device clock, then contact the provider if the warning continues. Do not enter panel credentials through an unverified connection.

Is this a live Strong 8K server-status checker?

No. The selector gives written troubleshooting guidance. It does not contact the panel, test customer lines or display current service availability.

What should I send to support?

Send the exact error, time and timezone, affected scope, device or browser details and the checks already performed. Include a private order reference only when relevant and remove passwords, tokens and complete credential-bearing URLs.
